Helped found Indivisible Northwestern, a student-led chapter of the Indivisible network of political activist organizations.
I was selected as a Design Research Cluster Fellow 2020-2021! This is an interdisciplinary research group at Northwestern University working on exciting design-based research projects.

Started at the Delta Lab! Working with Liz Gerber and Matt Easterday on topics around collective innovation and design education to support the next generations of global social innovators.
Presented a ProtoTeams poster at CSCW 2019 in Austin, TX.
Published my first Medium post, A Guide to Studying Abroad, inspired by interviewing Brazilian high school students. Lots to improve on, but I'm glad I did it. Excited to continue writing. I'd love to hear your feedback :)

Summer 2019

Back in San Diego. Excited to be working full-time on ProtoTeams (aka Dynamic) with Sam Blake and Amy Luo. We are distributing surveys, conducting interviews, running a field study, and submitting the results of our work to CSCW 2020!

Research assistant in the CHIMPS Lab at Carnegie Mellon University. My advisors are Jason Hong and Laura Dabbish! I am also working closely with Cori Faklaris and Rosie Sun. We are investigating the role of social influence on privacy behaviors online.
